Cirrus is the favourite of the Silver Lining pieces. They hang on 24k gold vermeil or 925 sterling silver threaders- making their length adjustable (pull them through more for short, pull less for a longer drop). They’re made with beautiful irregularly shaped freshwater pearls and twisted gold fringe. The shape of the pearls dictate the shape of the earring as a whole, thus every earring is one of a kind.

Each style in the Silver Lining Collection is named after a type of Cloud. The Cirrus cloud is a genus of atmospheric cloud generally characterized by thin, wispy strands. The Cirrus takes its name from the Latin word meaning ringlet or curling lock of hair.

The Silver Lining Collection depicts the image of rays of light peaking out from behind the clouds during the transition from summer to fall on the pacific northwest. This collection is a love letter to the beauty in the benign, the hidden dreaminess in our skies, the silver lining in everything dreary. Another ode to the specks of light in our natural world. The idea for them came to me in a dream. I tend to fret in my sleep when I’m stressed but sometimes beautiful ideas come out of it⁠— a silver lining ✨
