The Beholder studs are the most recent addition to the Silver Lining Collection- made with a fresh water pearl at its centre, and adorned with smaller ones on its sides.

Each earring is beaded by hand by Julie-Anne using Japanese glass beads, and hang from gold vermeil or sterling silver ball studs. Gold vermeil is a high quality gold-finish that is composed of a thick layer of gold over solid sterling silver. The thickness of the gold portion is what really sets vermeil jewelry apart from simple gold plated pieces. The thickness of the gold portion must be at least 2.5 microns, which makes it longer lasting than other gold finishes, and is a great alternative to solid gold. With much wear, over time your piece will fade to a soft light gold.

The Silver Lining Collection depicts the image of rays of light peaking out from behind the clouds during the transition from summer to fall on the pacific northwest. This collection is a love letter to the beauty in the benign, the hidden dreaminess in our skies, the silver lining in everything dreary. Another ode to the specks of light in our natural world. The idea for them came to me in a dream. I tend to fret in my sleep when I’m stressed but sometimes beautiful ideas come out of it⁠— a silver lining ✨
