Winter is the perfect time to explore a shorter dress - wear it with thick tights! This dress has princess seams in the front with a ruffle that wraps around to the back. It is fitted in the bust and swings in the skirt. The sleeves are puffed and gathered at the cuff. It can go to a party or wear with a turtleneck underneath for the day.
